Coliving in Mallorca: your flexible home with community and style

I had (and still have) a really great experience at Somos. The location is peaceful and relaxed, while still being only about 15 min. by walking from the centre of Palma. Mallorca is so much more than just a party destination, and Somos is a great place if you enjoy an active lifestyle. There are plenty of opportunities for all kinds of sports nearby, as well as several supermarkets within easy reach. A small but very practical detail, especially during the hot summer months: there is a reverse osmosis system, so you always have filtered drinking water available and don’t have to carry bottles of water home all the time. Sustainability 10/10! Maira and Leonore take great care of the community and are always supportive whenever you need something. The community events are also very well organised and make it easy to connect with others while still having your own space and independence. A great place to stay in Palma, especially if you are looking for a good balance between community, an active lifestyle, a peaceful environment and easy access to the city.

We found somos with my wife on Google maps. Our experience in the coliving was fantastic. Private bathroom, AC and a big shared kitchen. It was a very comfortable environment and we made great connections. Also, the owner and managers are always doing their best to accommodate your needs. Thank you Leonor and Maria!

Det här är ett mycket trevligt ställe att bo på. Modernt, ljudlös AC, rainforest showers etc. Man delar kök och det är ett bra sätt att träffa andra människor. Jag kan varmt rekommendera det.

Hemos alojado a nueve personas en Somos Coliving Palma y la experiencia ha sido excelente. El equipo ha sido siempre muy atento, flexible y receptivo ante todas nuestras peticiones. Queremos destacar especialmente el apoyo de María, que ha sido de gran ayuda durante toda la estancia. Muy recomendable.

¡Alojamos aquí a nuestros partners y fue una experiencia increíble! Ellos disfrutaron mucho de las instalaciones y sobre todo de la gran oferta de actividades y experiencias que Somos ofrece: encuentro con otros huéspedes, workshops, y muchas actividades para conocer la isla y conectar con otros. El equipo fue muy estupendo y atento las 24 horas con todos ellos: especial mención a María y a Leonor. Gracias por vuestro trato y cariño. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y funcionales, se nota el cariño que han invertido en seleccionar materiales de alta calidad. Los espacios compartidos fueron de gran utilidad para nuestros huéspedes: siempre limpios, super amplios y muy modernos. Sin duda, volveremos a confiar en Somos para ayudar a nuestros partners a encontrar su lugar en la isla. ¡Gracias por todo!

Una Gran experiencia vivida,las habitaciones son muy bonitas y amplias,las camas se convierten en mueble,para dar un aspecto diferente a las habitaciones,las áreas comunes ni hablar,todo amoblado,aire acondicionado y calefacción. Un lugar diferente,yo particularmente lo recomiendo.💪💯

Really lovely space, brand new, rooms and bathrooms are excellent and the shared spaces are genuinely comfy. The team running the coliving really do care, they make sure you’re welcome from day one - I’d recommend this space to anyone.

Truly a special coliving space with a lot of potential. The interior design is modern, stylish, and created with great attention to detail. You can immediately feel how much passion and care has gone into this place. The rooms are high quality, very clean, and create a really comfortable atmosphere for both living and working. I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly and dedicated team. From the very beginning, you feel welcomed, and it is obvious that they genuinely care about making people feel comfortable here. I also really like the location. It is quiet and situated outside the typical tourist areas, which makes the experience feel much more relaxed and authentic, while still being well connected to everything you need. The coliving has only recently opened, so the community is still growing naturally. At the same time, that is exactly what makes it exciting to be part of this project from the beginning. I am very curious to see how this place continues to develop. Absolutely recommended!

Mi estancia en este lugar ha sido inmejorable. Las instalaciones son fantásticas y están cuidadas al detalle, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el ambiente que se respira. Vivir aquí te hace sentir parte de una comunidad acogedora desde el momento en que cruzas la puerta. La gestión de Mariia es súper profesional y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Ha sido un sitio perfecto para poder dar mis primeros pasos en la isla, las instalaciones y su flexibilidad me permitió poder enfocarme en mis proyectos profesionales y darme el tiempo necesario para poder encontrar, con más tranquilidad, una vivienda propia sin prisas ni nervios por ser mi primera vez en Mallorca.
