Somos, an encompassing coliving space which supports one on multiple angles and levels. Maria and Leonor’s warmth and care, the thoughtful spatial design, quality of materials- all creates spaciousness for one to truly feel taken care of. From the foundational support to social community, everything is available for you to just arrive, to settle and devote your energy to creative inspiration from a full cup. Various bedroom styles based on your preference (as available), each with a private bathroom, cleanliness, fresh air, soundproofing for a quiet comfortable sleep, work desk with enough length for a laptop stand… it’s in the little and big details. I absolutely loved my time at SOMOS Coliving. The space is stunning, really well thought out and super clean; it has everything you need to feel at home while working remotely. My experience at SOMOS CO-LIVING was fantastic. It is a warm and welcoming place, stylishly designed and spotlessly clean. But what I appreciated most was the peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

SOMOS is a true place of calm, the perfect spot to return to after a busy and noisy day in the city — a space to unwind, relax and recharge. I immediately felt at home and really appreciated the sense of wellbeing and serenity that this place conveys. This in the photo is one of the private terraces — my own little oasis.

Leonor/Somos was an absolute lifesaver — after landing in Mallorca and hating our initial coliving stay, we contacted Somos in hopes of saving us and Leonor responded straightaway and was so accommodating and welcoming. The place is a newly built building with lots of coliving community potential, each floor has its own common area & kitchen that’s immaculately well maintained/cleaned. We were super impressed with the kitchen as it’s one of the few we’ve come across that’s fully equipped and extremely well maintained and beautiful designed. And most of all, the central AC saved our lives in the summer heat. Somos has done a great job in cultivating the community from hosting community bbqs to night social events, can’t wait to see how the community continues to grow!

I had (and still have) a really great experience at Somos. The location is peaceful and relaxed, while still being only about 15 min. by walking from the centre of Palma.

Mallorca is so much more than just a party destination, and Somos is a great place if you enjoy an active lifestyle. There are plenty of opportunities for all kinds of sports nearby, as well as several supermarkets within easy reach.

A small but very practical detail, especially during the hot summer months: there is a reverse osmosis system, so you always have filtered drinking water available and don’t have to carry bottles of water home all the time. Sustainability 10/10!

Maira and Leonore take great care of the community and are always supportive whenever you need something. The community events are also very well organised and make it easy to connect with others while still having your own space and independence.

A great place to stay in Palma, especially if you are looking for a good balance between community, an active lifestyle, a peaceful environment and easy access to the city.

We found somos with my wife on Google maps.  Our experience in the coliving was fantastic. Private bathroom, AC and a big shared kitchen.
