For years we have managed housing and residential rentals for people who live here, an essential part of our work and of the way we understand caring for spaces and for those who inhabit them.

Over time, and especially in recent years, we saw how the needs of many people arriving on the island were changing. The pandemic, the rise of remote work and an increasingly global mobility transformed the way people live: temporary stays, professional projects, transitions before a longer stay. And with that came a new question: where and how to live when you are starting over.

SOMOS Coliving grew out of that reflection, as a new line within our story.
